Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve city sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Manage GT, MT, MDs, retailers, and B2B sales channels.
- Oversee product management including NPLs, re-push, and EOL execution.
- Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, branding, and VBA performance.
- Lead team recruitment, training, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Ensure proper financial control, budgeting, reporting, and asset management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, channel management, or retail operations.
- Experience in the telecoms/mobile phone industry is mandatory.
