Supervises: Stewarding Supervisor, Stewards, Kitchen Porters, Dishwashers, Pot Washers, Kitchen Cleaners, Waste Management Attendants, and all Stewarding Personnel.
Job Summary
- The Chief Steward is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and managing all stewarding operations within the hotel to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, and operational support for all food and beverage outlets.
