Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in law firm management, professional services operations, or senior operational leadership.
- Strong financial and people management experience.
- Experience managing teams of 15+ staff.
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of legal practice management systems and compliance processes.
- MBA and top-tier law firm experience are added advantages.
