About the Role The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as Green Dot’s senior financial leader, partnering with the CEO and Board to ensure financial sustainability, strategic growth, and operational scalability across all 18 charter schools and the home office. This in-person role is based in Downtown Los Angeles and is a core member of the Green Dot Leadership Team, with close collaboration to the Delta Board on real estate portfolio oversight. What You'll Do
- Lead development and execution of short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with Green Dot’s mission and growth plans.
- Develop multi-year financial forecasts, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses at both school-site and network levels (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
