Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy African meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, walk-in customers, and subscription orders.
- Follow approved recipes, portion sizes, presentation standards, and production schedules.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Support menu planning, meal preparation, stock checks, and daily kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and sales assistants to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery.
