About the Role Filevine is seeking experienced Certified Shorthand Reporters to partner with Filevine as an independent court reporting professional through our deposition services network. You will capture verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings, using CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize transcripts, while coordinating with our operations team to ensure timely delivery and professional conduct.

- Capture and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings
- Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts to the highest standards
- Manage proceedings with professionalism, ensuring punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and adherence to procedural rules in your jurisdiction
- Mark and manage exhibits
