About the Role NeuroRestorative, part of Sevita, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on nursing care in Gilroy, CA. The role focuses on daily living assistance, personal care, and compassionate support for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex needs in a home-like, community-based setting. What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on nursing care with emphasis on daily care needs and personal hygiene.
- Monitor health conditions and ensure quality services provided.
- Provide assistance and/or supervision in daily living, personal care, and community/social integration.
- Help maintain safe and quality supports for individuals served.
- Initiate emergency procedures as needed.
- Use equipment correctly and safely.
- Report hazardous conditions, equipment, accidents, or incidents to supervisor.
