About the Role CDL A driver for Fair Winds Transport, an Amazon Freight Partner, based in Richmond, VA. This role offers a steady schedule with a 3-day-on / 4-day-off pattern and home daily, with no-touch freight. What You'll Do
- Drive local routes and drop freight
- Use GPS for routing and navigation
- Handle 100% drop & hook / no-touch freight
- Home daily with a predictable schedule (3 days on, 4 days off)
- Start times can be night or early morning What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL A license
- DOT medical card
- Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience
- 21+ years old, clean MVR
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
- Comfortable using GPS and smartphone apps
- English proficiency (read/write/speak) Nice to Have
- Experience with automatic trucks (2020+ models)
