The successful candidate will work closely with the CCTV Team, Store Managers, HR, Operations, and Management to maintain accurate security records, monitor operational performance, coordinate investigations, and produce intelligence reports that support business decisions.
- Maintain daily CCTV operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate daily shift reports from CCTV Officers.
- Maintain CCTV attendance and duty rosters.
- Monitor CCTV operational KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure CCTV registers are updated accurately.
- Maintain Shoplifting Incident Registers.
- Track investigation progress and case status.
- Maintain evidence logs and investigation records.
- Coordinate investigation documentation.
- Ensure investigation files are securely stored.
