Carrier Manager
C.H. Robinson is looking for a Carrier Manager in Monterrey to help launch and support a new customer account, playing a critical role in building carrier management processes, strengthening transportation partnerships, and driving operational success from the ground up. In this role, you will directly influence carrier performance, customer satisfaction, and the successful implementation of a new transportation program.
As a Carrier Manager, you will use data, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to drive carrier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. You will help establish new ways of working, lead performance discussions, and deliver insights that improve transportation outcomes across a North American full truckload and LTL network.
