About the Role Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supports people to live well and have a fulfilling career within a mission-driven team. What You'll Do
- Build real, meaningful relationships with individuals served
- Help participants grow, learn, and live well; support participation in community activities
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and managing behavioral challenges or other complex needs
- Support participants in developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure participant well-being and safety What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
