About the Role Sevita’s Mentor Community Services provides community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you’ll join a mission-driven team that helps people live well and pursue fulfilling careers through meaningful relationships and daily supports. What You'll Do
- Provide support with personal hygiene and daily living activities for participants.
- Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and take initiative to help them be part of the community and enjoy activities.
- Support participants in community integration and with behavioral challenges and other complex needs, while maintaining safety and dignity.
