What You'll Do
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support their personal goals
- Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and pursue activities; support development in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Demonstrate ownership and trust from leadership to do what’s right for participants What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
