About the Role Mentor Community Services, a Sevita family member, provides community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and help people live well, grow, and participate in their communities as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver (Full-Time). What You'll Do
- Build real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- Support participants with development goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs
- Take initiative and show ownership, helping participants engage in community activities and their favorite hobbies
