Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients, including help with mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming as needed
- Offer companionship and social interaction to enhance quality of life
- Assist with routine household tasks and maintain a safe, clean living environment for the client
- Monitor the client’s wellbeing, observe any changes in health or behavior, and report findings to the appropriate party
- Follow care plans and instructions from the client or supervisor, ensuring client comfort and safety at all times
- Ensure confidentiality and respectful treatment of the client and family
