About the Role Join Sevita as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional at Summit Group Home in Flagstaff, AZ. You’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well, build relationships, and participate in community activities. What You'll Do
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support them in daily living and activities.
- Help participants grow, learn, and live well, and encourage participation in community activities.
- Provide personal hygiene support and assist individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
- Support participants’ developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Take initiative and collaborate with supervisors to do what’s right for participants and exercise ownership over tasks. What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
