Care Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Care Coordinator to lead and coordinate administrative services within our integrated care community team.
Qualifications
- Good general education
- Able to demonstrate a good command of English language, verbal and written
- Knowledge of Office Administration/Customer services acquired through training or experience to NVQ level or equivalent qualification.
