Captain Relations Officer
We are seeking a Captain Relations Officer to manage and support captains at terminal level, ensure compliance with company standards, handle disciplinary and welfare matters, and perform investigations and reporting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and curb illegal activities during and after loading
- Manage and support captains’ welfare at the terminal level
- Implement progressive disciplinary measures
- Support investigations and prepare relevant reports
- Maintain constant communication with captains
- Reinforce captain performance expectations and company standards
- Support captain attendance and tracking
- Conduct regional terminal visits and supervise captains
- Coordinate captain fitness tests, including alcohol and drug screening
- Monitor vehicle aesthetics and ensure vehicles meet required appearance standards
