Salary Range ($89,000-$118,600) - Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s short–term incentive plan. The successful candidate will manage the development and implementation of capital projects with a mechanical focus in support of facility and business unit objectives. This position will be responsible for managing a typical portfolio of facility level projects ranging from $100,000 up to $10MM. This position will report to the Capital Manager, Valliant Mill.
