Job Summary
The Camp Manager reports to the Plant Manager and Head, Corporate Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and continuous improvement of the site's accommodation facilities, ensuring the provision of safe, hygienic, comfortable, and efficient living conditions for all employees, contractors, and visitors. The role oversees camp operations, including accommodation management, catering, housekeeping, laundry, facilities maintenance coordination, employee welfare, and third-party service providers.
