Resumen del puesto Buscamos un/a Camera Operations Analyst para brindar soporte remoto, despliegue y mantenimiento de cámaras dentro de una plataforma IoT corporativa. La posición combina operaciones, troubleshooting y gestión de soluciones desplegadas en entornos cloud y edge computing.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desplegar y administrar aplicaciones en entornos Docker/Containers.
- Brindar soporte remoto para la instalación y operación de cámaras en campo.
- Resolver incidentes y problemas relacionados con software y conectividad.
- Implementar y dar soporte a soluciones en Azure.
- Trabajar con técnicos de campo en tareas de mantenimiento y soporte.
- Participar en esquemas de guardias rotativas (on-call support).
