Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Buyer – Food to manage the procurement and replenishment of food products across our retail operations. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal product availability, maintain healthy inventory levels, and build strong supplier relationships while delivering excellent value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement and replenishment of assigned food categories.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment based on sales trends and demand forecasts.
- Prevent stock-outs while minimizing excess inventory and product waste.
