Global Banking (GB) Business Resiliency’s mission is to continuously improve our businesses’ ability to provide outstanding products and services to our customers in the event of any disruption. The Resiliency Team provides guidance and governance as business stakeholders develop their Business Resiliency Plans. As a Business Resiliency Manager in our Global Banking team, you will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our business resiliency strategy. You are part of the Global Business Resiliency team that drives organizational preparedness, ensuring our critical business services are ready to withstand and recover from disruptive events. You work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and foster a culture of resiliency.
