About this role
We're seeking a Business Manager - Lending to lead lending growth and portfolio management in Lagos. Responsibilities: - Develop strategies to grow lending business and revenue. - Lead customer acquisition and relationship management initiatives. - Manage loan portfolio performance and asset quality. - Supervise Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers. - Monitor portfolio health and prepare business reports. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Lending, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Financial Services. - At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management. - Proven track record of achieving lending and portfolio growth targets.
