About the Role The Business Development Senior Manager – Alliance Management will be a cross-functional leader with experience in life sciences and drug development. They will drive value by managing strategic partnerships across all lifecycle stages and ensuring governance and alignment with Amgen's goals. What You'll Do
- Manages a portfolio of partnerships at all stages of their lifecycle.
- Identifies, understands, and manages differences between Amgen and partner on strategy, operating model, processes, risk tolerance, norms, etc., ensuring effective governance.
- Ensures Amgen team understands and plans for partnership obligations, including contractual commitments and key deliverables.
- Ensures Amgen decision-making is informed by contract terms, the partner's point of view, and events that could alter partnership value.
