About the Role Ripple is expanding its Business Development team in North America and hiring a Business Development Manager to drive RWA tokenization and institutional DeFi activity on the XRP Ledger. This role sits at the intersection of institutional capital markets and regulated on-chain infrastructure, responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing partnerships with asset managers, issuers, broker-dealers, custodians, tokenization platforms, and institutional DeFi venues to make XRPL the venue of choice for tokenized real-world assets. - Source, structure, and close partnerships with asset managers, issuers, broker-dealers, custodians, tokenization platforms, and institutional DeFi venues to grow XRPL-based tokenization and DeFi activity.
