About the Role Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a senior Business Development Director to drive growth by identifying, leading, and converting high-value new business opportunities. The role combines strategic judgment with executive presence and hands-on pursuit leadership to shape Droga5’s future client portfolio and market positioning. You will partner across Strategy, Creative, Finance, and Operations to lead new business pursuits end-to-end—from qualification through pitch, negotiation, and close. What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and lead high-potential opportunities aligned with the agency’s creative ambition, capabilities, and long-term goals.
- Own and drive end-to-end new business pursuits, from early prospect conversations through pitch leadership, negotiation, and deal close.
