- The role requires a deep understanding of hotel operations, occupancy trends, reservations, market demand, seasonal business patterns, customer behaviour, and revenue opportunities.
- The Business Development Specialist serves as the commercial intelligence arm of the hotel, analysing occupancy forecasts, reservation trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and guest demand to make informed business decisions that maximise room revenue, banquet sales, food and beverage income, and overall hotel profitability.
