About the Role Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Business Banking Relationship Manager to join the team in our Business Banking department. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will deliver a World Class Experience by providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do
- Partner with the Branch Managers to understand the client’s needs and apply the broad range of Montecito Bank & Trust’s financing and product solutions to meet their needs. Take applications, gather the necessary documentation, underwrite the facility, and see the transaction through to closing.
- Actively call on customers and prospects, develop referral sources and contacts, and innovatively structure proposals with proper covenants.
