About the Role xpate is seeking a Business Analyst to help design and scale its operational platform—internal systems, workflows, and automation that power day-to-day operations. This role focuses on operational transformation: turning complex, manual processes into scalable, structured, and increasingly automated workflows (including AI-enabled approaches). You’ll collaborate across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support to redesign how work gets done; this is not a documentation-only role. What You'll Do
- Analyze and map complex operational workflows and processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Help design scalable internal systems and workflow logic.
- Translate business and operational needs into structured requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
