About the Role The T&O Office at Santander is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milton Keynes to drive financial control, reporting and analytical activities that align with wider strategic and financial objectives. You will help strengthen cost management, data integrity and governance, and support better decision-making by delivering accurate reporting and insightful analysis. This role also contributes to budgeting and forecasting cycles, cost monitoring, reconciliations and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. What You'll Do
- Producing and analysing financial reports, dashboards and variance analysis to support management oversight and decision-making.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities by consolidating inputs, tracking assumptions and highlighting risks and opportunities.
