About the Role The Data Platform team at Cohere Health is building a scalable data ecosystem that powers analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. As a Business Analyst II, you'll partner with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to gather requirements, write user stories, and translate business needs into high-quality data solutions. In this remote-first role, you'll independently lead moderately complex initiatives, help improve processes and workflows, and support cross-functional product delivery. The position may require travel to Boston, MA for onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events. What You'll Do
