About the Role Gainwell is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to help translate client requests into the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and support improvements to health and human services outcomes. You will work with clients and internal teams to research, validate, and document business needs, ensuring requests are clearly reflected and completed. What You'll Do
- Work with the client and team to research, validate, and document business needs; ensure requirements are clearly reflected and completed.
- Assist with translating client requests and changes into the MMIS and help determine solutions to business problems.
- Effectively manage client expectations.
- Prepare items for client meetings and update Operating Procedure Manuals as required.
- Work with the client on change requests, publications, and claim adjustments/reprocessing.
