About the Role Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation – Enterprise Technology & Performance as a Business Analyst in the Africa Consulting Services Business Unit. This role is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and involves supporting the team in introducing, developing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining technology solutions, with direct dialogue with clients to develop customised approaches for architecture, process, deployment, and products. What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality, secure, resilient, and performant software solutions.
- Advise clients on solution design and architecture and implement the solutions.
- Define architecture, processes, and deployment strategies.
- Take on team or project responsibility as appropriate.
- Coordinate closely with architects, development teams, and customers.
- Apply Agile principles to deliver solutions in cross-functional teams.
