About the Role The MIL Corporation is looking for a Budget Analysis, Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. This on-site role requires collaborating with program offices to manage budgets, perform variance analysis, and develop fiscal year requirements. The position involves coordinating spending reviews, drafting narratives/justifications, and assisting with execution plans and funding allocations. Top Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain. What You'll Do
- Research prior year submissions, contracts, mission critical expenditures, and conduct variance analysis comparing current financial data.
- Initiate data calls and facilitate meetings with respective Program Offices to confirm findings and establish new fiscal year requirements.
- Develop metrics to present for leadership for review and begin drafting narratives and/or justifications.
