About this role

We are seeking an experienced Broker to join our growing International Casualty Direct & Facultative (D&F) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing complex placements, developing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of our global D&F offering. Working alongside a highly experienced team, you will collaborate with clients, underwriters, and colleagues across our international network to deliver innovative placement solutions while supporting business development initiatives.

The Role:

Build a strong understanding of clients' businesses, risk profiles, and insurance requirements to deliver tailored placement solutions.
Develop and execute effective placement strategies by identifying appropriate markets and negotiating with insurers and reinsurers.
