Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician to provide IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support. This role involves coordinating with end-users, performing troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments on client assets. The position is an entry point to develop technical and customer service skills for growth into more challenging field services roles.
