Epic is seeking a Bread Baker to join our state-of-the-art bakery just outside Madison, WI. You'll work with talented culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more, with opportunities to learn, grow into leadership, and contribute to daily-changing menus. What You'll Do

Produce a variety of baked goods including hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in a modern facility.

Collaborate with the bakery team to create, test, and refine recipes and adapt to Epic's ever-changing daily menus.

Support catered events and maintain high quality and production standards, with a high level of autonomy and potential for leadership roles. What We're Looking For
