About the Role The Branch Manager is a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner within the Key Bank communities. You will lead and develop a team to deliver excellent client service, assess clients' needs, and recommend financial solutions to help clients achieve financial wellness and their goals, while maintaining accountability for branch operations and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional client service and identify opportunities to meet clients' financial needs.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions to help them reach their goals.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements, and oversee cash handling and risk management.
