The Branch Manager leads a team that provides excellent client service, analyzes clients' needs, and recommends financial solutions to help clients achieve financial wellness and goals. The Branch Manager is accountable for branch operations and compliance, guiding the team on operational/regulatory procedures and ensuring compliance with security and audit procedures, as well as timely completion of branch tasks. The Branch Manager drives execution of the Branch Playbook and focuses on acquiring and growing small business relationships as a market leader in the local community or designated business area.
