What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a branch team to provide outstanding client service and identify clients' financial needs.
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend financial solutions to help clients achieve financial wellness and goals.
- Ensure branch operations comply with operational, security, and audit procedures; guide staff on regulatory compliance and timely completion of tasks.
