Responsibilities / Tasks
Service Sales
- Responsible for service sales budget and gross margin achievement
- Maintain machine installed databases
- Follow up on spare parts and service quotations
- Manage overall SLA service planning together with Team Leader and Service Support Coordinator
- Actively promote SLA and renewal for expiry SLA
- Monitor and follow up on account receivable
- Plan regular visits to customer site and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Review customer needs and proactively add value to strengthen service package
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory
- Act as the primary contact for all service-related commercial activities for Separators and Decanters
- New machines sales support – technical support and onsite meeting
