About the Role This role contributes to Bottling-Packaging & Assembly operations on the B Shift at the Merrillville site. The purpose is to maintain production flow, operate and maintain production equipment, and ensure products meet quality and food-safety standards. What You'll Do
- Provide operational support to maintain production flow in assigned work areas
- Operate and maintain production equipment and participate in startup, changeover, cleaning and shutdown activities
- Complete daily paperwork with proper documentation practices
- Confirm and document materials used in manufacturing processes
- Perform inspections of products for non-conforming conditions and correctly identify and label products
- Understand and adhere to quality requirements and safety policies
- Communicate effectively with team members, leaders and supervisors
