Job title: Bookkeeper Modern Snack Bar is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to support the financial and administrative operations of our family-owned restaurant. The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, track daily transactions, assist with accounts payable and receivable, and provide management with organized financial information.
This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and understands the financial needs of a restaurant or small business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record and reconcile daily sales, deposits, expenses, and other transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and organize invoices, receipts, bills, and vendor documentation.
- Reconcile bank and credit-card statements.
