About the Role A BOH Window Expeditor acts as the liaison between the kitchen and the FOH expeditor in a fast-paced Huey’s kitchen, ensuring orders are organized, quality checked, and communicated efficiently to speed service. The role requires strong communication, organization, and stamina to keep the expediting window running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Organize ticket orders and prioritize outgoing meals to prevent delays
- Perform quality control on outgoing dishes, ensuring correct temperature and adherence to food safety standards
- Facilitate clear communication between FOH expeditor, servers, and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and stocked expediting area and ensure proper presentation
- Deliver and route orders to support fast service and accurate fulfillment What We're Looking For
