About the Role The Bioprocess Development Leader drives customer process development workflow optimization by leveraging Cytiva USP/DSP consumables technologies and FastTrak Process Development services (PDS). This role is based remotely and will cover Germany, reporting to the Regional Clinical Workflow Leader. What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify and develop new workflow and PDS opportunities within assigned territories through active prospecting
- Deeply understand customer strategies, challenges, and operational processes; act as a Process Development Consultant internally and externally
- Define and coordinate Workflow Strategic Action Plans
- Support tender, proposal, and negotiation processes with workflow and value-based input
