About the Role Stord is seeking a Billing Specialist to participate in the Revenue and Billing function, working with Operations, Customer Excellence, and Implementations to ensure accurate invoicing for fulfillment services and parcel. The role emphasizes data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relations to drive timely payments and scalable billing processes. What You'll Do
- Complex Invoice Generation & Data Analytics: Prepare complex client invoices for both fulfillment services and parcel, performing data analytics on large datasets and applying Excel expertise (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) to ensure accurate and detailed billing.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams when onboarding new customers to understand workflows and how they relate to rate cards.
