About the Role Stord is seeking a Billing Specialist to own complex invoice generation for freight and parcel and to apply data analytics to ensure accurate, timely billing. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations in a fast-moving environment to support scalable revenue operations. What You'll Do
- Complex Invoice Generation & Data Analytics: Prepare complex client invoices for both freight and parcel; perform data analytics on large datasets; apply Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to ensure accurate billing.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations during onboarding to understand customer workflows and rate cards.
- Customer Relations: Build relationships with customers to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments.
