About the Role
Billing Specialist II for LATAM O2C within Zebra Technologies, based in Mexico (Remote). You will act as a guardian of the Order-to-Cash cycle for LATAM, owning end-to-end billing operations using Oracle, OnBase and Wfactura, and partnering with regional Collections to drive process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Own Core Financial Operations: end-to-end billing, manage credit/debit notes, handle standard and non-standard billing requests, and ensure data accuracy in Oracle, OnBase and Wfactura.
- Drive Process Improvements: contribute to testing events and projects to build a more efficient future.
- Become a Central Business Partner: act as a key point of contact with the Collections team and other departments; prepare monthly reports with critical data.
