Requirements
- NIPEX tender submission experience
- Bid strategy and competitive pricing skills
- Vendor prequalification experience
- Technical bid evaluation knowledge
- Proficiency in ARIBA/SMART GEP
- Knowledge of NUPRC, NOGIC, and NCEC compliance
